Antonio “Tony” Lopez
Tony was born in Caracas, Venezuela and came to the United States in 1975. He worked for the United States Department of Defense in Germany for 13 years. While in Europe, he followed his passion for food and wine throughout Italy, France, Spain and Slovenia. After returning to the States from Germany in 1995, he settled in Fort Myers, Florida and began his hospitality and fine dining career as an Assistant Manager at Villa Pescatore Italian Restaurant in Naples, Florida. A few years later, in Naples, he was hired as General Manager for Frascati’s Italian Restaurant, followed by an owner/operator partnership for Chiantis Italian Restaurant. He relocated to Lyons after his marriage to a local “Georgia Peach” and became part of the Elements Bistro and Grill family in 2008.
